Subject	could those symptoms just be an air bubble?

Message	both pipes to the engine are hot now pretty sure the top pipe was cooler than the bottom when the gauge was showing 3/4 - Hot yesterday but its also 110degrees over here getting mixed results from Z1, local mechanics, etc etc fan should not move, fan can move but should have resistance.. wuts the real deal here?
